CAPABILITIES

With highly-trained and motivated people and the latest technologies, we can manufacture and fabricate products to the highest quality standards. Our production facility has two bays with over 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space, four overhead cranes with a 15-ton lifting capacity, and 35 one-ton jib cranes. This allows us to accommodate a variety of products that require large space and easy mobility.

Our AWS certified craftsmen maintain High Quality Workmanship Standards. Robototics have been implemented to produce high volume, small component products.

New Nailable Steel Flooring

Our 60,000 and 70,000 pound capacity Nailable Steel Flooring is available for new car construction or repair facility replacement.

		Its roll formed design has full approval from the Association of American Railroads and comes in panel form or single plank with options such as an anti-skid surface (A) or swedged ends (B) for specific installations.

Plug Doors

Our AAR-approved single main or combination main and auxiliary plug doors are manufactured to exact specifications for new rail cars. With little or no modifications, they can also be used to replace doors originally manufactured by Railcar Specialties, Youngstown, Pullman, Superior and more.

Sliding Doors

		All of our quality sliding doors are custom built to accommodate any sliding door rail car side. With little or no modification, they can also be interchanged with sliding doors originally manufactured by Railcar Specialties, Youngstown, Pullman, Superior, and more.

Load Dividers

	Our load divider systems and accessories meet or exceed the requirements of the toughest lading situations. We offer at least ten different systems, each designed to solve specific lading problems encountered by 70 and 100 ton boxcars.

Hatch Covers

		Our large selection includes aluminum covers, round covers, add-a-hatch covers, and fiberglass covers. They are all lightweight, durable, and easy to install and operate.

Miscellaneous

		Our 9000 square foot warehouse contains an extensive inventory of miscellaneous parts for hand brake systems and OEM replacement parts & components for boxcar doors, lading systems, and hatch covers.
